Hello and welcome to these tiles and offerings capturing sheet what this is it is made for churches, but obviously you could, I suppose use it for anywhere where a collection is taken but essentially what it does is it provides a tool where the counters can fill in what's being countered which they could pass on to the admin staff or the office you could correct anything that needs to be corrected in order to pass on to the account and ultimately to track the money that's coming in because I do realize having been on a few counting teams in a few different churches that sometimes this process can be less than smooth running what this doesn't do it doesn't connect with any accounting package it doesn't excuse me it doesn't allow you in a system internally in order to process credit cards or anything like that so what it's assuming is it is I'm assuming having created this that you would have envelopes that you would give to your congregation in order to fill in their details it assumes that you have a system in order to process credit or debit card payments and obviously it all it does is it takes information that you gather on the morning passing it through between the counters the admin staff in the accountant to make sure that everything is in fact correct so let me show you how this works this is what you will receive as you scroll down this I mean there are some instructions that read that the video if you click on that link there which isn't in place yet but that link will link back to this video, so you'll be able to watch this again, but it's using the link here you'll once you purchase the product you'll have your church name in here in the demo version you can fill your own church name in but then what do you call each of the services I put the default in this first serve the second service for special offering second special offering you if you don't have special offerings, but you maybe got an evening service you can change those accordingly and then just put the date of the collection in and that's what interfere then over there once you've done that just to go to the database after putting some random names there and some codes put in the names of your congregation if you scroll down at the bottom you can see you've got 6000 that you can put in their put in the name of the congregational member and the giver they're giving ID you gave it to sort it and also whether if they're on a permanent gift date in other words if they've signed a declaration said that all of their money that they give is gift dated put a tick in there otherwise leave it blank once you've got that database will be available in other sheets which I'll show you in a second as we go back there's one two three four so one being the first service there it is so after the first service I've put in some things here already let's just let me add another one what you need to do is you need to fill in all the green blocks so what you do is you click on the giving ID so as...
